I think the staff has done a great job trying to salvage the mess at quarterback.  I'm not giving up on Heard but I'm not surprised he's not ready to win a heisman in his RS FR year.  I think Kai Locksley is a better option than people think who could turn into a really good player if he can develop.  I'm going all in on Buechele.  Not only is the arm talent there, but to be around him and see him in a group of players you can really see his intangibles and the magnetic way players are drawn to him.  The 2016 rankings come out this week and I'll give you a spoiler, Buechle is moving way up due to the summer he had and I cannot wait to see him live the three times I have scheduled this year.  I think he's a very good prospect and he possesses all the qualities you look for in a very good college quarterback.  Ehlinger has a lot of the same qualities and I can't wait to see what his next two years look like.  The QB position was the most mismanaged situation in football, and I think Charlie has done the best he can to start fixing the problem.

In Strong I trust. He and his staff had to start from scratch. Look at the much tougher schedule coming up also.  The previous staff began "mailing it in" years ago.
