Agreed Matt.  Big12 this year had more parity than just about any year I can recall in recent history. 

i agree as well.  this is just one of those games where every thing they touch is six inches beyond a glove and everything we touch is right at a glove.

it's uncanny.  it's also become laughable.

i think an era is just about over.

Its the same team and same baseball...The difference is we are playing good teams now. In Tulsa we played two crap teams in Tech and Baylor, and an OSU team that likes to choke, as witnessed yesterday in their regional. Texas finished third to last in a weak conference. Next year needs to be a **** or get off the pot season for Augie, unless Patterson pulls the plug this June.

We ran into two teams that have GOOD hitting coaches, and quality pitching....Things we need in order to get back to being TEXAS BASEBALL.

You can twist it however you want but we won the tournament. I don't give a flying f*** who we played, we had to win 4 without losing 2 and we won 4 straight. Also, you do realize that the guy in charge is responsible for a very large part of what TEXAS baseball is? You always talk about Augie like he has only won a few games and is an embarrassment to Texas Baseball. Am I disappointed in this season? Damn right I am, but acting like a crybaby every damn time something goes wrong is a sad way to go through life.

Thus, he needs to hand it over to someone who will fix it if he won't.I realize he has won a ton of games in the past, but he needs to "live in the moment" like he says, and fix the hitting problem Texas has now.
