With the new rookie wage scale it won't really matter. The sooner a kid gets in the league, the sooner they can start working on their second contract, which is where their big payday is going to come from.

I just play basketball a couple hours a day. That and some bodyweight excercies (push ups, pull ups etc.) a few days a week works for me.
