echeese, I think you are right. Most say Mack is very savvy when it comes to protecting his reputation. If so, it is illogical to think that Mack would sue the University. He, nor UT, wouldn't want to make this a public fight.
Do we know that the Sabans have purchased an Austin area home? I know there were reports that an area home was purchased by a LLC, but were the Sabans proven to be connected to the LLC?
I'm not buying that Saban would personally contact a Texas BMD. That just doesn't compute. If the story was that Sexton contacted a BMD, that would make it more believable.
