We got the guys with talent and perhaps the best part...we have coaches that can develop that talent to high performance levels.

much ado about jj watt.. what is your impression of this player's SUPER FOCUSED work ethic?

JJ was a guy that had no star ranking coming out of HS as I recall, worked hard, had a great college career, and has been absolutely stellar in the pros...my top favorite player.
