First bowl game I ever attended was the Texas-Navy Cotton Bowl on Jan 1, 1964.  Awesome. Also, Bluebonnet, the Miami Cotton Bowl (ugh), Texas- Alabama Cotton Bowl (Robert Brewer game).

I just finished "Natchez Burning" and you cannot put it down.  It is the first of a trilogy, btw.  Iles is one of my favorites along with Baldacci and John Sandford.
