Well, when you think about iit, RB recruiting hasn't been so good (until this cycle) and performance hasn't been so great. RBs weren't developing.

He got turned away by Xavier Crowell, Javian Osborne, Tradarian Bell, KJ Edwards before he got Cooper.

He did land Cooper, so I wasn't super concerned, but it does seem our RB room didn't develop as much as we would have liked.

Not really. NIL landed Cooper. After the first 4-5 whiffs, someone stepped in.

Heard/read he was also heavily involved in bringing Dallas Wilson to Florida.

Pause for a dream scenario:
Sark hires him as RB asst HC and Jadan Baugh and Dallas Wilson transfer to Texas. #1 WR and #1 RB done.
End dream scenario.

We would not do that. We got Bijan while he was here, but Carrington is who got Bijan to Texas. Drayton was not a good recruiter. And Sark wants a good recruiter.

Sark wantts someone with a firrm network in the southeast, such as Louisiana or Florida or even Georgia.

Not OL was completly OL but put with a RB room that was not 75% at one RB & other was not power back. Wish Jerrick Gipson hadn't transferr
