Picked up a bottle today of George Dickel Single Barrel 15 yr. Anyone ever have it? I’ve never had it but looking forward to trying.

Used to be a favorite of mine but my palate has changed a lot. It’s got a very strong mineral type earthy bite to it. Like a flintstone vitamin almost. I don’t keep it in my collection anymore

Lately I’ve gotten into finished whiskeys. My newest is the Saints Alley The Herald. It’s a blend of MGP high rye and Ironroot Harbinger (I think). Not sure on the age but it’s finished in Armagnac barrels

Had some Green Spot Irish Whiskey over the weekend and it was pretty good. Wasn't familiar with it but a buddy brought it out and we had a couple of glasses.
