Actually a fair question. Same for his doctors.

I had the same diagnosis and fortunately was cured but not without personal loss and extensive treatment including surgery. Not sure Biden at his age is up for all that. I don’t respect Biden at all but as a fellow human being I hope he gets right with God. I suspect Biden will have an appointment with God sooner rather than later.
