Thought I'd go ahead and get this started. There is already some movement going on.

Why do I feel like Texas was after him?
No surprise here. This was bound to happen when recruits sign a deal, only to change their mind shortly after. I doubt they'll win the suit tho. Im sure agents will be excluding this type of language out of contracts going forward, if they havent already.![]()
Georgia seeks $390K from DE Damon Wilson for transfer damages
Georgia's athletic department is headed to court to try to obtain $390,000 in damages from a former standout defensive end who transferred from the school after his sophomore season in a potentially precedent-setting case.www.espn.com
The 105 scholarship limit has not been approved by the SEC yet, only other conferences have approved it so far, the coaches need to vote on it in the off seasonWith the new 105 scholarship limit, plus the freshman class of 23, we will be able to take 3 less portal additions then the number of players leaving.
The number of players leaving is always hard to predict at this time of the year. We don't have that many seniors, and it's hard to predict how many juniors will enter the NFL draft, or how many players will enter the portal. I obviously have no clue, but would be surprised if we didn't have at least 20 spaces for portal additions.
It should be interesting to see how the portal class fills out.
It was approved yesterday. The 105 scholarship limit has not been approved by the SEC yet, only other conferences have approved it so far, the coaches need to vote on it in the off season
Ok with me. These agreements should be a 2 way street.![]()

Lawyers are the scourge of the earth. UGA is suing a him for $390,000 for getting paid $30,000 and then leaving? Hmmm, something doesn't smell right.Ok with me. These agreements should be a 2 way street.
Makes sense. Everyone was obviously hoping he would pick up next year where he left off before his injury. These days with NIL and the portal there's no telling what factors led to his decision.I think this one was obvious once Sark said they would be looking for a rb on the portal
