I'd like to know how in the hell we didn't drop like a rock in the overall rankings? At any rate, the calculation is simple....just win baby, just win!!!

SignUp Now!The teams ranked 2nd and 3rd dropped 2/3 games. #4 was idle.I'd like to know how in the hell we didn't drop like a rock in the overall rankings? At any rate, the calculation is simple....just win baby, just win!!!
I think because of the minor leagues, it’s still a 3-year requirement if a player goes the college route. Is Volantis eligible for the MLB draft as a freshman? If he is he's gone.
3 years or age 21 before the draft.I think because of the minor leagues, it’s still a 3-year requirement if a player goes the college route.
And I would bet he’s in line for a big raise before next year.3 years or age 21 before the draft.
I do believe that mean Volantis has 2 more years before being draft eligible (Born Oct 2005)
In other words:All games complete this weekend and Texas has a:
Two game lead over Arkansas. Arkansas plays Tennessee next weekend. Magic number is 2 to avoid tying with Arkansas. Arkansas owns the tie break over Texas H2H.
Three game lead over LSU. LSU plays 15th place South Carolina. A sweep is definitely possible. If they sweep and we get swept, we would end up tied. Magic number 1 to stay ahead of LSU. We do own the tiebreak over LSU.
There is the possibility of a 3 way tie if:Texas 0-3. Arkansas 2-1, LSU 3-0. Since all 3 teams played each other, the tiebreaker would be win-loss percentage amongst the three teams. Texas went 2-4, Arkansas went 4-2 and LSU went 3-3. In that case, Arkansas would get the 1 seed, LSU the 2 and Texas the 3 seed.
Georgia is 4 games behind Texas. No chance they or anyone else catches Texas.
Would prefer to take 2 out of 3 from Oklahoma to win outright. Then it won’t matter what Arkansas or LSU do.In other words:
Magic number is 2 vs Arkansas to stay ahead outright. 1 to tie (and lose tiebreaker)
Magic number is 1 vs LSU to stay ahead outright. 0 to tie (win tie break if Tex-LSU tied, 3rd in tiebreak if Tex-LSU-Ark tied)
With the added bonus that it helps with our overall seeding for the NCAA tournament.Would prefer to take 2 out of 3 from Oklahoma to win outright. Then it won’t matter what Arkansas or LSU do.
Yep, outright SEC champs with our win and Arkansas loss last night.Sec Champs right?!
As good as this team is, this isn't even close to the type of roster Schloss will work to build. We've squeaked by in a lot of ways this year (something like 20+ come from behind wins) but I think future Schloss teams will look more dominant.Just think what we could be in a couple of yrs with him and his coaches knowing what they are looking for and can do for HS players and portal players.
Year 1 !!!!Yep, outright SEC champs with our win and Arkansas loss last night.
