2024-2025 Transfer Portal Thread

Also, KY WR/KR Barion Brown has entered. That is someone I would like. 4.28 40 and a dynamic ST returner.

Heard Jaray Bledsoe has entered the portal. DL is getting awfully thin. Really need to attack the portal and make sure Justice Terry has some of that Fasusi money to grab him.

Hamilton wasn't too concerned about Bledsoe leaving.

What about Jehiem Oatis out of Alabama?

I'm not too concerned other than depth going forward.
Bledsoe was always described as one of the most athletic on the team, kinda freaky for a guy his size. But it never really translated on the field.

Sydir Mitchell has apparently been scout team player of the week for 3 weeks in a row. Sounding more and more like he can be a strong contributor going forward. He and Alex January will be good depth pieces next year and can develop into starters beyond that.

We will need some portal players at the position this year but hopefully we can keep recruiting and developing guys so that this issue stops in a year or two. Sharma and Charles are two good gets in this years class, Justus Terry would be phenomenal.

I have seen some buzz that unless Quinn balls out during the playoffs, he will have to portal out to try and revive his draft status....being as he would make more NIL than he would as mid level drafter

This is Quinn's last year at Texas. If he wants to play another year of college ball, he will have to portal somewhere. It would probably be a Big10 or Big12 school. He needs to stay healthy and play the whole season so a decent OLine is imperative.

Raul Allegre also kicked for us sometime in that period
Raul and I were friends in college. Had some engineering classes together. Being from Mexico, his family could not make many football games.

Back then players got two tickets to the games. He would give them to me. I loved going to the frat house and comparing ticket seat locations. Mine were always between the 45 yards lines.
