Nice to see the usual target of my angst (Wilcher) score 10 points with 0 turnovers. I have to get out of the habit of yelling "Nooooo!" every time he shoots or drives.

SignUp Now!SECis definitely down this year, and with no exceptional team(s) they are all beating up on each other. It’s fortunate for us in Miller’s first year. We’ll end up with a reasonable conference record, whereas if the conference was as good as last year it would be ugly for usThe highest rated SEC team right now is Arkansas at #15
Vanderbilt is #18 and Florida is #19. Alabama is #23.
Is the SEC down this year or is it just SEC teams beating each other?
BTW, OU is 1-8 in conference play and 11-11 overall. I think there's a seatt heating up there in Norman right now.
I saw on $ec Now that the Horns shot 77% in the 2nd half!Texas beats ou in norman, 79-69. Early in the game, the Horns were down by 14. In the 2nd half, the Horns took their 1st lead with about 15 mins to go. It went back and forth until around 5 mins to go and that's when the Horns pulled away.
5 Horns scored in double figures led by Swain (20) and Heidi (13). Heidi was 5 of 6 from the floor and 3 of 4 from behind the arc. Minus his 4 PFs, he played a great game. The Horns shot 61% from the court with only Pope (4 of 9) and Mark (2 of 6) shooting below 50%.
Next up, S Carolina in Austin on Feb 3rd.![]()
I agree, the seat in norman is very warm right now. Especially since they just lost to Texas, at home after having a 14 point lead early in the game. The highest rated SEC team right now is Arkansas at #15

I agree with your sentiment.Just between us.....
I am becoming more and more entertained by women's sports. Particularly softball and basketball. Volleyball is not bad either!
This coincides with a bit of fatigue with pro sports... I rarely watch NFL, MLB, NBA... This fatigue also includes men's "college" sports. The women seem to stick with one team more than the men.... and seem to play for the joy of the sport more as well.
