Terry won't come here as a LB. He's a safety all the way. They may tinker with him on offense a little.

Good. They need another LB in this class. Was hoping they could eventually grab Pettijohn, but he will do.

They also need another that quality CB and this class will be complete. Of course also grab Hilson and Kevin Wynn for icing.

Don't stay up waiting for Pettijohn. The staff isn't in contact.

Tap the brakes there. We do have an edge but only a slight one (location). Right now, Nebraska is pulling out all the stops and it's having an impact. Texas needs to get Terry back on campus quick, IMO.
Nebraska's schedule is fairly easy so they won't be losing a lot of games which normally helps persuade some recruits to go another direction.

I gotta wonder if the likes of Ant Hill, CJ Baxter, Collin Simmons, Ryan Wingo and Jerrick Gibson playing early are having an effect on other kids. What I mean is it shows those kids that even though Texas may be stacked, if you come in ready and prove your worth then the staff will play you. I know I would take notice.

1. It's Lincoln, Nebraska. Miles and miles of nothing all around you.
2. Ugly uniforms with a simple helvetica N. What creative genious.
3. Shitty weather
4. 10-year doormat of the conference. Rhule is a good coach, but he could be gone tomorrow. UN is not a destination job.
5. Anything over 5-5 is considered a good season there.
6. It would require a lot of money to overcome 1-5.

He's headed to elsewhere. He's too busy visiting other schools.

I think thats why we've pushed up the pressure with Boateng.
