“I have been talking to Coach Sark a lot, so I want to get back out there,” Lee told On3. “I will go to Texas for a couple of days, then straight to Texas A&M for that visit. Texas is a top program, so I want to give them a chance.”

He's been in the mix since the beginning of the cycle. He doesn't do camps or has much of a social media presence, so he's a bit under the radar and underrated as a player. We got a good one on and off the field.
He is also at a position that typically gets ranked lower, interior OL. He was a guy the Flood wanted bad and that's the most important factor to me

Looks like Shanklin won't officially visit this summer after all.

Haven't heard much about him. Was this a surprise ? Sleeper ?
OTF has been mentioning him as being on Texas' radar for a while. It's hard to imagine Texas taking a commitment from a lesser player this early.

Coach Flood offered him after camping last June, so he's always been one of the in-state priorities.

From OTF on NIL efforts...

"Behind the scenes: There is a large NIL fundraiser scheduled for Friday and Saturday. There’s a golf scramble on Friday morning followed by a Brooks & Dunn concert on Saturday night at DKR. The two-day event also includes a silent auction. This is the first full-fledged fundraising effort from WME, the marketing agency who was hired by the athletic department earlier this spring to raise funds for NIL."

IT saying Coach Baker is expected to be in Lufkin Friday to see DT Zion Williams.

They believe LSU has the upper hand right now despite a great spring visit to Texas.

I don't know if Coach Baker made it to Lufkin last week, but he's supposed to be there on Friday to see Williams.

How many LB's will Texas take? I'm guessing three. Number one is Pettijohn, number two is Bo Barnes. That leaves the last spot open for Johnathan Cunningham, Hayden Lowe (I thought Gerry said he had an official scheduled to Texas) and McComber.
Lowe is an Edge. Tagoai is probably #3, but he would need to be a flip.
