The Miss St logo is for the softball player.

I wouldn't read too much into this invitation Smith posted. It seems to be made for an off campus letter signing event. Smith is still committed to A&M so it makes sense that the graphic would show that. It is still seeming likely to be a clean flip, ie no decommittment beforehand.
