They better figure something out and quick.  Not for tonight, but the rest of the season.  This was a true wakeup call.  What kind of team is this going to be?  The honeymoon with PK is over for me.  I know it's one game, but this defense had no answer all night long.  Over 300 yards rushing to Arky is unacceptable from this program.

You can start by playing the better QB.  Maybe go young on the line... can’t hurt.

I'm thinking we see Casey as the starter moving forward.  Seems to be alot more calm behind the OL and has a little more patience to make good decisions. I'm good with it.

People are going to do what Tessatore just did and go on about Thompson. Truth is he has played well but it is easier to produce when the defense has a big lead and is playing soft coverage. The problems exposed tonight may be lessened with a different qb but they go much deeper. There is lots of work to do.

I guess I need to apologize to Eastxhorn. He’s always wanting more and more offensive line recruits and I was thinking we’d be ok in there. Nawww we need to get some lineman and try to hold onto those defensive linemen.

If they don’t call this targeting, that will be at least two they haven’t called on Arkansas tonight.  They didn’t.

It is just a weird night.  That is not to say that their line didn’t push us around, and that our offense wasn’t stagnant at times.

Casey is making a difference, and no one has quit.

Every time someone says that, I want to suit up the person who says it and let them play a quarter-just a quarter.

I can’t fault Card a whole lot.  The offensive game plan was not good.  Especially after seeing how Ark was going to play on 1st and 2nd downs.  Sark made no adjustments.  Just kept on doing the same thing.  Card was not helped by the play calling.  He wasn’t great, but this loss is on coaching.  Last week they schemed around the OL, this week it leaned on them and fell apart.  
 

if Casey does start from here on out, I’m okay with that too though.  He is evidently a gamer.
