Murray already tweeted Ketch to get his name out of his tweets. My concern is that he will hear something and go public with it. Now that falls on others for not keeping secrets but that goes back to his sources. If they catch hell over being smoked out, they won't being telling Ketch anything anymore. That is where his credibility will take the biggest hit.

I always heard growing up "Those who know don't tell and those who tell don't know."

if ketchum, a writer, website owner and former tv guy, hears something and goes public with it, he's doing his job. he's not a UT employee. he's in competition with other writers, website owners and TV guys who will all do the same. that's the way media works and always has. it's just more immediate these days. 

he'll either be right or wrong on what he's reporting. if a kid and his parents make decisions or change minds based on message board reporting, i don't know what to say.

i've had squabbles public and private with the owner of OB, but not sure what the OB and Ketchum paranoia is all about on this site.

And guess what, the only reason this is happening is either tu is offering a **** load of cash (that we either haven't offered or cannot match) or the Kevin Murray hates Sumlin meme is true (even though BL adamantly denied it). The suddenness of this change in heart leads me to believe it is the first one and I believe BL when he says the second one is not true. 
 
It just doesn't go down like this without extenuating circumstances.

THAT would be one hell of a finish for CFS and UT... a Top 5 class, maybe in the Top 3!?

Insofar as national recruiting rankings....certainly a top 5 class...we've had many of those. Insofar as burning the aggies...

and Texas taking the aggies' previously top ranked recruits?  This would be an all timer.  Previously commited to ags, switched to UT?

This would be the biggest burn for the ags ever, in the history of recruiting. Been watching recruiting closely for the

last 40 years...would be their biggest burn and disappointment EVER. Let's hope it happens.
